Nellim – Feel The North

Nellim is a wilderness hotel in Northern Lapland surrounded by beautiful nature. We filmed this last Autumn when the first frost bites hit the ground in the mornings. That’s the reason we created the rough and unpolished look to highlight the color schema of this season. We threw ourselves along to that with being in nature and capturing all the moments genuinely. We think all of us can tell this was a fun and memorable trip to Nellim.

To produce this unique campaign film and stills our camera crew battled strong winds and blistering sunshine on the fells of Lapland. We dug deep into our film archives for some landscapes worthy of new exploration to give the the ultimate taste of what Lapland is all about.

We invited three chefs from Arctic Europe to find out. The task was simple: create a culinary menu inspired by nature and the local ingredients. The chefs got to play with their style and cooking philosophy to create the new menus.
