THE FOREST OF MY LIFE – Shortfilm

The short film offers a trip to past forestry work in Lapland and an overview of modern forest management. The short film was produced for Lapland's seniors as a stimulus after a severe spring overshadowed by a corona pandemic. The forest of my life sums up the significance of the forest and what the forest has given to many Lapland residents: nature experiences, trips to the swamp, the building blocks of the home and the heat - perhaps even work and livelihood. premiered on Midsummer's Eve 2020.

To produce this unique campaign film and stills our camera crew battled strong winds and blistering sunshine on the fells of Lapland. We dug deep into our film archives for some landscapes worthy of new exploration to give the the ultimate taste of what Lapland is all about.

Eat The Landscape

We invited three chefs from Arctic Europe to find out. The task was simple: create a culinary menu inspired by nature and the local ingredients. The chefs got to play with their style and cooking philosophy to create the new menus.

The ticket proceeds and the money donated during the live broadcast were directed directly to the construction of the Children's Hospital. More than 1,000 volunteer professionals and more than 100 talc companies were doing the concert.
